To ensure clarity, please review our policies regarding order cancellations, customizations, returns, and shipping timelines.

Order Cancellation

We understand that your project plans may evolve. Here’s how cancellation works:

• You may cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placement by contacting our team at contact@sheltertechindia.com or by calling us at +91-172-4029871.
• Orders that have already been dispatched (confirmed via SMS/email) cannot be canceled or modified.

Customized Orders

Certain tile orders—especially those requiring specific profiles, rare finishes, or special quantities—are customized or imported specially for your project. Once production or allocation for such orders has begun, cancellations are not permitted due to the bespoke nature of the order.

Damaged Deliveries & Return Policy

Your satisfaction and the condition of your roof tiles matter to us. In the rare event of receiving damaged items:

• Notify us within 24 hours of delivery by sending an email to contact@sheltertechindia.com with order details and clear photographs of the damaged items.
• Upon verification, we will either send a replacement free of cost or issue a full refund for the affected product.
• Products delivered in perfect condition are not eligible for return or exchange unless damage was reported as above.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Timelines

• Domestic Shipping (India): Orders are generally delivered within 7–12 business days, depending on location and availability. Shipping estimates will be shared during checkout.
• International Shipping: Delivery timelines vary by country and may range from 14–30 days, subject to customs clearance. International buyers are responsible for duties and taxes.
• Real-Time Tracking: Once your order is shipped, a tracking link will be shared via SMS or email so you can monitor the shipment status.
